Our Story
TeamForge SA is the corporate team-building division of AIKIT Pty Ltd, a Johannesburg venture studio that designs, builds and operates AI-native software products.
We started TeamForge because we kept seeing the same thing: companies spending real money on team building events that fell flat. The same tired activities. The same people in the corner. The same forgettable afternoon.
So we brought AIKIT's product and event-technology capability to the problem — combining app-based digital games with the energy of live, onsite activations. The result is a catalog of 20 games and activations, custom game development, and turnkey event delivery for teams across South Africa.
